A Great Family Holiday
We had an amazing family holiday at a lovely house in a fantastic location. The hosts, Steve and Sharon, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Steve even greeted us at the train station and provided a small hamper with snacks and breakfast essentials. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring Weymouth and taking advantage of the nearby bike rentals for some fun rides. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the hot showers and some worn furniture, our overall experience was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place for a family getaway. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable family holiday.

The large central en suite room on the ground floor was fantastic! It had two brand new double bed settees, making it super comfortable for a good night's sleep. As a trekkers group, we loved having a spacious room to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
One feature that we liked less was the limited number of bathrooms. With only five bathrooms in the property, there were times when we had to wait to use the facilities.

The location of the property was excellent, being within walking distance to the beach, shops, and a pub. the fact that there were three parking permits available was a bonus, as it allowed us to park right outside. the house was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of crockery and cutlery provided.
One of the major drawbacks of our stay was the extremely hot showers that we couldn't turn down. It made it quite uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy a relaxing shower.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the house, perfect for our group of 11 adults. the well-equipped kitchen and large dining table were great for family meals. the children loved the toys provided and the ample space for them to run around. the host's communication was excellent, and the welcome pack, with delicious scones and clotted cream, was a lovely touch.
We felt truly spoilt during our stay at Beachaven. There was nothing to complain about.

This place was absolutely mind-blowing! It was super spacious and had all the necessities for our large group. We couldn't believe the value for money! Being walking distance to the beach and shopping was a jaw-dropping bonus. Plus, having 3 parking permits meant we could easily park right outside. When we needed an extra permit, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and helped us find free parking nearby. The kitchen/dining area was a perfect size for our morning catch-ups, and we were amazed by the attention to detail throughout the property. It was so comfortable and spacious, and the host was always on hand when we needed something. The location suited our needs perfectly, and we loved that it was just a few minutes' walk from the seafront. The size of the house and the abundance of bathrooms were a total game-changer for our party of 14. The kitchen, with its big table and well-equipped setup, made cooking for a big family a breeze. Everything was clean and the space was perfect for the kids to run around in. The toys left for them were an unexpected and delightful surprise. This place was truly a home away from home for us as we prepared for a wedding. Special mention to the hamper, it was a nice touch. Even when we accidentally took a parking permit home, the lady was incredibly understanding. We were more than satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped vacation spot.

The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the beach and various attractions nearby. the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is well-equipped. the hamper provided by the host was a nice touch and added to the overall experience.
Some guests experienced issues with the iron, which was dangerous and leaked water. the heating system took a while to warm up the rooms, making the initial arrival quite cold for some guests.
